Reconnect Yoga Gathering is offers a universal platform for diverse range of workshops. All doors lead to one source so any or many path can be chosen. 

 

All of the workshops are aligned with its significance with our chakra system.

Chakra is an old Sanskrit word that literally translates to wheel.

There are eight chakras known as

• Muladhara - Root Centre -

• Svadhishthana  - Lower Abdominal Centre - 

• Manipura - Navel Centre

• Anahata - Heart Centre

• Vishuddhi- Throat Centre

• Agya- Eyebrow Centre

• Bindu - Moon Centre

• Sahasrara - Crown Centre
